Our Story
Hi I'm Gavin Cox the Owner of Pro-Turf. In 2011, my brother and I started doing lawn care. I was 12 and he was 10 years old, knocking door to door trying to mow lawns. We acquired three customers our first year and we doubled every year through word of mouth and surpassing all expectations. Within a few years we built up a customer base of 200+ mowing accounts each week.
In 2017, I was eligible to begin my education at Purdue to later receive my pesticide license. With a lot of studying and training, I started offering lawn applications to our mowing clients. After a year of providing lawn applications under our mowing business, I decided it would be better to separate the two types of services (lawn applications & mowing).
In 2018, I went out on my own creating "Pro-Turf", to specialize in lawn health. I have since put all my time and resources into building customer relationships and a team that can provide the highest level of quality and customer care to our customers.
